TGH Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company based on the island of Mauritius, in the Indian Ocean.
Incorporated in 2009, TGH has deployed equity and debt investments across promising sectors of Mauritius and International economies.
We invest in private equity, venture capital, real estate, and diversified listed portfolios.

Renaud Lagesse

Renaud Lagesse was born in Mauritius. After a degree in Crop Science (Natal, SA), he started his career back in 1989 in agricultural production and export with the Shell Group.
In 1993, he embarked on an MBA programme at INSEAD (France) specializing in Finance, Investments & Entrepreneurship.
He then switched careers to finance & investments and joined Edmond de Rothschild in 1996 in private banking. Renaud founded Confident Asset Management Limited, a portfolio management company, in 1997.
Since the 2000's, Renaud diversified his investment activities to include private equity, real estate and portfolio investments. He founded TGH Holdings Ltd in 2009.
Marc Lagesse

Marc Lagesse was born in Mauritius but lived, studied and worked in the UK until he was 32.
After gaining a degree in Stats and Economics from UCL (UK), he joined a commodity trading firm in the City of London. He was subsequently an own account trader on the LIFFE floor trading derivatives.
Marc obtained an MBA from London Business School in 1996 and moved back to Mauritius. He managed the Mauritius Fund Ltd and then founded MCB's Investment Management arm before creating MCB’s Capital markets Division.
He subsequently returned to the Derivatives world, going to Hertshten Group Ltd as CEO from 2012 to 2017. Marc retired in 2018 and is currently on the board of a number of listed and other companies in Mauritius.
